Hello, my name is Chris and I make NY inspired pizza pies on the North Side of Chicago. As a one person operation, I personally handcraft each pizza from start to finish. The dough is made fresh in-house, our Tomatoes are sourced from California, and we shred our cheese minutes before each bake for maximum freshness.
Due to the extreme attention to detail on each pie and quantity of supplies, there is a THREE pie maximum per order, unless notified 24-48 hours in advance!
